Refund policy
At BLENDD, we are committed to your comfort, confidence, and hygiene. Because our petals are classified as intimate wear, we uphold the highest hygiene standards to protect the health and safety of every customer.
We understand that finding the right petal is personal, but due to the nature of our products and industry-standard hygiene practices, we do not accept returns once the item has been opened, worn, or removed from its original packaging.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
We can only accept returns for products that meet all of the following conditions:

In their original packaging

The product is unused and unworn (we know you'll want to hold them up to check the size, that's totally fine!).

The petals have not been taken off the BLENDD pad

The item shows no signs of wear, fingerprints, or handling

The protective film have not been taken off (for the essential collection)

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

The return is approved by our customer support team in advance
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@petalsbyblendd.com. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for return, any photographic evidence, and how we can improve our products.
One of our customer support representatives will respond to you within 1-2 business days. They will review your request and confirm whether you are eligible for a return based on our strict hygiene guidelines.
Important: BLENDD does not provide any return shipping labels. If your return is approved, you will be asked to return the items using a courier of your choice. All returns must be shipped with tracking.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs with a trackable courier unless the return is a result of an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective/wrong item.
Each order undergoes strict quality control and is inspected twice before dispatch. In the event that your package arrives defective, or contains the wrong shade, we will cover the return shipping costs for any quality issues.
Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not charge any return handling or processing fees.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges:
Please note, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, simply request a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Promotional Sales/ Orders:
All items purchased during promotional offers including buy 2 get 20% off the second pair, automatic discounts, and seasonal sales are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is defective or arrives damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for replacement or refund quickly and smoothly with minimal inconvenience.
Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations are currently unavailable.
